Privacy notice

We collect the product website, email address, and optional context you submit to review your request and deliver a demand brief. Please do not include passwords, confidential customer data, or other sensitive information.

How your information is used

Your information is used to understand your product, conduct research, send service emails, and review your feedback. Requesting a brief does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Private reports

Reports are accessible to anyone holding the private link, without an account. Do not forward a link unless you want someone else to access the report and its feedback controls. Reports do not display your email address or our internal notes.

Service providers

The production service is designed to use Cloudflare for hosting and data storage and Resend for service emails. Product research may use search and AI providers. During local preview, records stay on the local computer and emails are not sent.

Questions and deletion requests

Reply to a service email to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or ask us to revoke a report link.

This early-access notice and the operational retention policy must be reviewed before public release.
